Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be initiated within this time frame.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with tags attached
  • Not marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare Your Return: Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt in your return package.
  3. Shipping: Return the item to the address provided in your return authorization email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item or wrong item shipped).

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Contact our customer service team if you have questions about the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check product details before purchasing.
